We have two leadership streams: Formation Leaders and Hospitality Leaders. Both roles matter deeply, reflect different giftings, and carry different rhythms of commitment. Each is a one-year commitment.

Formation Leader
Serve as a spiritual mentor by leading a formation group.
Commitment includes:
• Serving at 26 of 45 all-student gatherings (Sundays 6-8 pm and three Wednesdays a year)
• Attending one overnight event with your group
• Completing required trainings (MinistrySafe, Sexual Harassment Prevention, COPES, and two in-person trainings)
• Building a weekly rhythm around Student Gatherings

Hospitality Leader
Serve as a spiritual friend by creating warmth, welcome, and belonging.
Commitment includes:
• Serving at 18 of 45 all-student gatherings
• Serving 1–2 Sunday Gatherings per month ( 6-8 pm) and attending Worship in the Round on the second Wednesday of each month from 6-8 pm
• Completing required trainings (MinistrySafe, Sexual Harassment Prevention, and one in-person training)
• Scheduling primarily around personal availability
